COVID-19 Safety: Welcoming you back to the Keswick Park Hotel

The health and safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. Please take a moment to take a look at how we are providing a safe environment to welcome our guests into.

We are very excited to reopen our hotel from Monday 6th July 2020. Bookings are now being taken online.

Please note: all COVID-19 policies are based on current UK government guidelines and are being constantly reviewed based on the latest advice. With that in mind, some of the information you receive at the time of booking may be out of date by the time you stay at the hotel.


We are implementing measures throughout the hotel to ensure social distancing is maintained.

Cleaning & Disinfecting

We are increasing the cleaning and disinfecting frequency throughout the hotel, paying attention to high-touch items.

Hand Sanitation

We are providing hand sanitising units in all public areas for staff and guests to use.

Protective Barrier

We are installing protective screens in our close contact areas, such as the reception.

Restaurant & Bar

Our restaurant and bar will be open to residents only. We will be operating table and room service. Tables will be spaced apart. Sanitising stations will be available before entrance to these areas.

Breakfast Service

Breakfast must be pre-ordered the night before for a specific time, and service trays will be left outside your room. There will be no breakfast buffet available in order to reduce cross-contamination.

Methods of Payment

Card payments will be the preferred method of payment going forward. All accounts will be settled prior to the day of check out.

Contactless Check Out

We are providing a no-contact check out where guests will leave their keys at the reception desk to be sanitised. No staff member will be present. Final payments will have been settled in advance of check out.
